How it works

Optical gel stimulates the birds sense of smell, touch, sight, taste that creates a sense of fear and makes the birds stay away.

Sight

It has the ability to reflect UV light which will reflect light into birds’ eyes. (which by nature of birds are color blind animals. The entire environment will be seen in black and white only) and when the sun flares, the image moves like when a bird sees a flame. This causes the birds to become frightened and flee the area.

Smell

Produced from the wax of herbal oils (food grade).It has the effect of destroying pheromones ( Pheromone) of birds, which birds secrete pheromones unique to each bird through saliva, feather mites and bird droppings. This pheromone is that birds use to remember where they live but optical gel has the effect of destroying the bird’s ability to remember the smell of its own pheromones, causing the birds to move to another place to nest and will never come back to nest here again. This Optical gel has no harm to the birds at all.

Symbol

Has a unique characteristic and birds are animals that have the ability to remember very well. When the bird sees the image of this light gel, birds will remember the characteristics mentioned in the first 3 points, making birds know that the area covered with the light gel is unsuitable for habitation. Therefore, whenever the bird sees the light gel again, birds will never fly closer again.

Touch

Made from herbal oil wax. It looks like a viscous cream and has a boiling point of 70 degrees Celsius and a freezing point of -20 degrees Celsius, causing no moisture loss. Throughout its lifespan it will have the same characteristics as before. When birds touch the light gel, it will annoy the birds and when the light gel gets contaminated with the bird’s feathers or tail, it will cause the bird to lose its ability to control its flight direction. When the bird recognizes that it is caused by being close to and touching the light gel, birds will never go near this light gel again

Ledges, signs, balconies, soffits, beams, skylights, signs, roofs, HVAC equipment, enclosed spaces, etc.

Installation

Wear basic equipment (mask, medical suit, helmet, safety ring, etc), sterilize mediators that can cause disease

If the area is not properly cleaned, the product effect will be reduced.

After removing the lid of the product, it is attached to steel structure at intervals of 15cm-20cm. In case of wooden and concrete structure, it is applied after applying a certain amount of silicone.
